Pintler Billing Services is looking for an administrative assistant to join our company. The person selected for this position will fill a unique role, working with personnel in all departments and managing administrative duties. Duties include answering phones and providing customer service to callers, handling outgoing mail and bank deposits, scanning and document management, working with associated programs, and other duties as assigned.

SKILLS NEEDED/REQUIREMENTS

  • Communication skills, including written communication and verbal communication in person and via phone calls
  • Customer service skills, including answering calls from clients and patients, and managing caller’s requests efficiently.
  • Computer (PC/Windows-based and basic office programs) experience is required. (Testing will be administered to determine proficiency with this skill.)
  • Experience working within a professional office setting. Customer service skills
  • Possess a combination of willingness to seek help and direction, but also motivated to work independently.
  • Experience with HIPAA and similar laws (preferred but not required, will train).
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Love serving others and providing compassionate customer service.
  • Experience organizing a workflow and managing multiple, varied tasks.
  • Desire to learn and grow.

Position schedule: M-F, 40 Hours a week from 8:00 – 4:00.  In Office/Not Remote.

Compensation: Competitive wage (DOE.) The minimum starting wage is $17/hour.
